The last few months I was all over seddit, devouring all the information I could. It was great! I was gaining confidence, talking to girls etc. In the last week or so I kind of just stopped putting all my effort into it, no real reason why. But I'll tell ya what its nice! To just do what ever I want at my own pace and without feeling any obligation to go look for someone or force myself to do anything is awesome.

What I'm getting at is for any and all of you AFC's out there just do what you feel is right. Get yourself in the right mood because everything else will follow naturally. Even though I'm not "on the lookout" for girls to game I am much more adept to making any interactions I do have with girls good ones, just because thats what flows. Sometimes its good to take breaks and come back to things with a fresh outlook also. I'm sure plenty PUA's have their off days or weeks and a nice break could be just what the doctor ordered.
