Sorry ahead of time if these have been answered numerous times, but after reading a ton of material the past few days, these are the things that stick out to me.
First off, say you open a set with an opinion question, keeping the conversation going with comments/questions while ignoring and possibly negging the target. First question, during this time do you give subtle IOIs to target, like eye contact or anything? Or focus your energy on the other members of the group?
Next, once that topic has been exhausted, how do you transition into demonstrating value without it seeming forced? It seems awkward to ask an opinion question and then want to do a trick or play a game; like their opinions just fell on deaf ears and you're moving on.
Finally, once you start winning over the group and they're interested, at what point do you start showing interest in your target? If you're trying to not pay attention to her, how do you transition from ignoring her to possibly isolating or getting a number?
These are just some things that stuck out to me after trying to remember what I read the past few days, so any opinions on these would be great.
