“Nice guy” in dating vernacular actually has nothing to do with being nice. “Nice”, in this context, is usually conflated with “boring”, “weak”, “awkward”, etc.

Most girls are really attracted to charismatic exciting nice guys. Conversely, they are not attracted to boring awkward nice guys.

Nice guys are guys with NGS (Nice Guy Syndrome) which is when a person is nice in a manipulative manner to get something in return - in other words being nice for their own pleasure instead of being nice for the other person's pleasure.

Yes and they do. Guys do it too. Everyone uses nice guys. NGS guys get bothered with it, actual nice guys don't mind (after all, that's why they like to be nice).

When it's predictable.
