The other day I was at the mall running some day game. I'm kind of new to this day game stuff so I'm taking baby steps. That day I probably had more failed approaches than successful ones and on the drive back home I realized something....my smile was stretching from ear to ear! Why though?, If I failed pretty bad and got no number.

The reason is that I feel better and happier about failing than not approaching at all. Because last I checked, NOT approaching is admittedly committing failure. At least with a failed approach I KNOW I tried. So from now on, I will always use this thought when approach anxiety kicks in, and realize that a failed approach is better than failing by not approaching. Hope this helps someone as much as it did for me.
