Hey guys, need some support here from my fellas.

How do you balance self-acceptance/equanimity/self-respect with debriefing and understanding why you failed at an approach/getting from text-to-date/date but no sex etc.?

It seems like my inner critic is so strong that whenever I fail at something I immediately feel like I suck and inherently not good enough. Which doesn’t actually make sense as I’ve been with over 80 girls in the last 3 years and lots of them were high quality. But still it is like every “failure” sets me back 2 or 3 weeks until I “get back up”. These things hurt my confidence and make me super self-conscious going into the next “round” with a girl. It sucks and I want to end this. I’ve read countless books on the topic, from Mark Manson’s Models to Mindset by Carol Dweck, and logically they all resonate, but deep down I keep going back to the feeling of failure and not being good enough when I fuck up an interaction or get rejected at some point. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

Love to all of you out there!
