I have a friend with a minor speech impediment, sounds just like yours.. and actually, he is quite a player. He learnt it though, and owns his speech by showing himself really laydown and confident in non-verbal matters and entonation. I haven't really analized his technique but for example, he puts a lot of enphasis at the begining of questions or phrases, where he knows won't stutter, just like one would do to capture atention.
Good Luck, is all about how will you own it.

Go with it and make it your quirk. HUMOUR is powerful for women, it's the most effective form of communication to break down their barriers. If you could put some kind of comical spin of your impediment and make fun of yourself, I guarantee women will respond so much better... because a man that can make fun of himself shows that he's not insecure and confident. Trust me on this.

Maybe see a therapist for that?

Depending on your age you'll probably grow out of it. I did. Confidence, no drugs, and just life experience helps. It gets better.
