I started working on a bar here im my town, but sometimes it gets pretty freaking intense so there is not a lot time to interact with women.

Some of them like to tease me but i can't work my head around on what to do on those situations.

Asking for a number after a 30 seconds interaction seems kinda creepy and i can't put much more time than that on a talk. Also the drinks are really expensive so it's not that they are coming back a lot... its a place where there are around 3000-5000 persons a night!

Anyone have any experience or ideas that wanna share? Thanks!
