You can download an app where you can make it block out certain apps from your phone for a set amount of time. Look up Drunk Locker or something like that

Back when I first started drinking, I didn't really know how to handle myself and that saved my ass a few times.

I am the opposite and my blackout episodes usually work cause we say dumb stuff my sober self wouldnt and the confidence is sky high
