Bro going through the same-can feel very lonely at times but you just have to keep going from what ive seen. I feel like sometimes its a mudwall game. Just chucking mud at a wall and seeing what sticks. All girls are attracted to a confident, an almost I dont give a fuck persona if ygm.

First of all: You were obese and obnoxious, now you're in better shape and calmer. That's some serious progress, don't lose sight of that! Often we want it all it once and forget about what we have already achieved.

It's a process that you have to embrace. And every improvement will come step by step.

Also you're only 20 years old. Don't worry what you might have missed when you were 16 and focus on all the great experiences you will still have in your 20's, 30's, 40's and even beyond!

It's hard to give you specific advice on how to become better with girls without knowing your particular strengths and weaknesses. Just a few things:

Keep approaching girls! The worst thing you could do is stop just because you're getting negative reactions at the beginning. The first time you try anything, you typically don't excel. See it as a skill you wanna learn and you will learn if you stay on track
Maximize your looks. Keep working out to be in decent shape, get a nice haircut, take good care of your hygiene, learn about fashion and work on your style if you haven't done that yet. Just looking like a cool dude will really help you out.
Focus on kindness and giving. When you approach a girl, don't get in there with the mindset of wnating something from her. Go in there with the intention of giving her a sincere compliment and making her day. At the beginning you can even focus on that alone. Don't even try to get a number or anything. Just provide value and wish her a nice day. This will also remove the pressure as you cannot really fail. If someone rejected you, while you were just handing them a gift, who is the weird one?
Focus on you energy. Make sure you have a high level of energy and feel good. If you approach a girl and you don't really feel well, you are drastically impairing your chances of a great interaction. Once again work out, eat healthy, meditate, do relaxation exercises and have activities in your life that you really enjoy.
