You're too far gone by now. Barring he slim chance that she's actually been hinting and you didn't notice, you pretty much friendzoned yourself. You showed her that you are a safe, reliable, studious friend, and thus you are a friend.

Be open and honest with your intentions. Perhaps compliment how she looks.

Generally, a girl will bring up something like "I have a boyfriend" when they're not interested or don't want to seem like you're hitting on them
