Went out few days ago with a mate at night. Nothing special. We've went out together to bars and clubs a ton of times. My mate's always the one who pulls girls, while i've always struggled with AA. Been lurking on this sub for quite a while, read Models (long time ago though), and finally made an effort to get rid of this AA bullshit.
There are two main things i can take from this night. First of all, the night was fun. Normally i would rely on my mate when it comes to talking to people (he would initiate and i would join in), but this time around i opened some people. It felt great just having fun and not caring about any sort of social pressure. I even tried actively to use kino whenever talking to girls, which i've normally wouldn't even have thought of doing. I've also made out with a girl, which i thought was way harder than it actually is.
Second of all, i've learnt so much from one night being really active and initiating, than all of these nights being fucking passive. I always try to see how my mate does it, but doing it yourself really makes a fucking difference. You can learn so much from your mistakes. I got a big ass list with points which i should work on/reminders when going out next weekend.
It still doesn't feel like a real success, because of lots of things that i could've dont better. But it's a first step, and i'm fucking sure i'm gonna get there.
TL;DR: Went from being passive when going out at night, to being active. Immidiately got results. Had a blast that night. Also got alot of things i learned from myself/can improve on.
