Keep your online engagements over carrier text only. Don’t add them on SC, FB, or IG, doing so just feeds their ego.

These women constantly have men adding them on every platform possible, they want your attention, they want you to see what you could have, and most importantly, they want validation. By keeping your online interaction over carrier text, you’re telling them “why should I care?” They’ll start to feel more inclined to prove themselves in other ways.

Also, this completely eliminates read receipts, which plague us all.

You don’t. Use it for making plans at most. Unless you just want to be friends... It’s really easy to read into texts faaaar too much because you are missing so much communication.

depends what kind of advice you need. just be chill and don't read too much into things unless you think you're the unobservant type. girls often pack meaning into texts that are missed if people aren't quite on the same wavelength.
