You just absorb the emotion of anxiety and convert this energy into arousal and courage. Emotions are just energy. Anxiousness is a low vibration energy, you can convert it into high vibration. Don't suppress them or try to control them. You should be glad you feel this emotion. It means you're alive. But the fact that you can't get past with the starting point of anxiousness, means you have an energetic blockage somewhere in your gut.
