There's a lot of sound advice here but during a moment with a chick if you are trying to recall in your head how to 'seduce' you'll come from a place of neediness and instantly become less attractive. Smart women interact with us on an emotional and spiritual level, so performance tactics cannot substitute true genuine attraction.

The truth is that despite all of us having flaws, everyone is trying in some way to live their best life.

To create attraction, you absolutely have to understand and work towards that goal with whoever you are interacting with (chick, acquaintance, boss, etc).

Once you realize your personal route to living your best life and begin to make forward momentum (through new skills, passions, hobbies, achievements) this is when you take the girl for a ride - or anyone for that matter.

Be expressive. Share yourself with them. Allow them to embrace you as a man of purpose and fun. Because we mirror one another emotionally, her embracing you will let her reflect that state. She too will feel that she is living a more purposeful, fruitful, exciting life. And that is seduction and attraction - to keep others wanting to ride the waves of life with you.

This is why you feel somewhat intimidated or inferior when you meet someone extremely charismatic and socially intelligent - you're nervous because you are subconsciously aware that their life > yours. Hence despite feeling this nervousness you cannot deny you are intrigued and perhaps attracted.

You want to make women feel this way around you (attraction) and then simply assure them it's ok they feel that way and work with them to achieve their best life (comfort). This is how you seduce.
