For the past 3 weeks, I've been using risky, sarastic or obviously wrong bios in order to try to stand out. Unfortunately my luck wasn't in my favor. So I was wondering about your experience with these kinds of bios. Right now mine is (translated into broken english)

  • Personality: 5 out of 7
  • Looks: 3 (sober) 11.5 (high)
  • Bank Account: Coupon Collector
  • Other skills: Putting a beer into the fridge is also a kind of cooking

My rationale here is to stand out. I try not to say something about how quirky and fun I am because I have a vinyl collection, like cardio and prefer Netflix over clubs.

Did you try risky/unusual/ironic bios? Or is it better to take a safe bet, list some interest and hope some one shares them with you. For now it looks like I alienate my potential matches. Here are my pictures so you can evaluate if my lack of success is because I'm not good looking.

Side Story: A couple of days ago I was sitting in the bus next to a girl who was using Tinder and the usually swiped left on the first picture. The Bio is obviously not crucial, but still worth spending some thoughts on.
