I know this sounds like a really stupid question but I'm new to this guys. I'm barely getting out of my shell and flirting with women for fun.

I talked to an ex coworker from my previous job, she saw how I've gotten more in shape and I flirted with her. I asked for a specific person's number for business but she said, "I don't know call (name of other lady coworker) she knows."

So I called her at 3pm but she didn't answer, she called back at 10pm and texted me twice in less than two minutes. She always gave me the cold shoulder. But this time her text started with "Heyyy how are you?!?" She then went out of her way to text me the person's office phone, cell, email, address, etc. She usually just brushes me off.

And it's only been three weeks since she's seen me so maybe she's interested? I don't know, should I call her back or text her?

The last time I had a girlfriend I was 18 and I'm 24 now. I'm really stuck, guys.
