I was flirting with a girl at a party (both quite intoxicated) and a girl was sitting next to us at the same table, after a few minutes I started talking to the other girl, I kept talking to them both but mainly to the other girl that was sitting next to us, then the girl from the start started encouraging me to go dance with her (whispering in my ear) she even went as far as to tell her that I wanna dance with her and she seemed kinda salty. And kept saying that I’m picking her up

It happened to me quite a few times where a girl I’m talking to tells me how hot other girls are or trying to get us together

Is it because she was trying to get my attention back?
