Other to me is the trust/commitment that makes having kids with someone not ridiculously risky.

it may be on the outskirts of the seddit topic, but this is the group best suited to answer it, as most people who havnt picked apart seduction/attraction usually fool themselves about the implications of their feelings. What im asking is, MOST people seem to think that there IS this "other" that isnt "this" (friendship" or "that" (sexual/romantic stuff) and that it has something to do with being "in love", which I personally beleive isnt a thing in itself at all, but that people who claim to be "in love" dont really know what they are feeling. This is approriate for seddit because a) girls like to ask quesitons about my feelings on love/commitments, and a raw answer scares them and b) we are looking at this whole thing scientifically, picking it apart using dimensional analysis and the like. I had originally phrased this in a shorthand that i guess only makes sense if you are familiar with the specific Seinfeld episode.
