When I started my change journey I began with comfort zone challenges. First challenge was to lay down on street, which it not easy to begin with.
I still remember going to a mall, walking for half an hour just to give up and come back home, I did this 3 times, on the third time I walked for 15 minutes scared to death, because I knew that I have to do it that day.
And I did, not because I overcomed anxiety, but because I no other choice, I could walk back and fourth for another 15 minutes or just do it and go go home. It was worth those hours.
Overcoming approach anxiety is similar, you can just do it and get over it or if you can't, you can try that method. Just go to a place with lots of women, sit down and observe, look for women that are attractive and count them, every one of them is wasted opportunity. You have to sit there for at least 30 minutes or approach one and go home.
This is a little time consuming but works, because after seeing so many great opportunities you just can't not do it.
