I'm 19/M. I've never talked to this girl except once, because of one of my friends, all I said was 'Hi' and after that I never talked to her again, even when she's alone or greets my friend and I'm next to him I say absolutely nothing and I try to pretend this girl never showed up, also the girl is a little shy so is easy for her to ignore me too. I never had a girlfriend, never got laid, just kissed a girl once and it was when we were just kids. Right now, I'm in college and I'm not the shy guy and loser I used to be at school. I'm not socially awkward or anxious. I'm not needy, I'm improving myself constantly, working out, studying, exploring, seeking for knowledge and adventure. I decided to stop playing videogames forever this week and I'll make it. All of this not because that girl but right now, I think it's time to experience that part of life I've been scaping from since childhood. I want to give her an amazing experience of life and I want her to be my girlfriend. What discourages me, I think this girl is out my league ; yeah, she's beautiful, sexy, cute... Insecurities hit me so hard when I see her, a little example : she has a super sexy body and me, well... I got 25.2 BMI and I'm a little bit fat. I know it's bs to wait for the perfect moment or thinking "I'll do it when ready" - when the opportunity to talk to her comes I screw it up and walk away like a coward. Today I had the perfect opportunity I I did absolutely nothing but walking away, I get fu****g nervous. I want her to be my first girlfriend, I don't know very much about her just that she seems to be shy with men, she doesn't like parties, she does like to change the color of her hair constantly, she likes transformers (the classic ones), Black Veil Brides, spanish rap and 8 out of 10 times I see her she's alone, the rest of time she 's with her female friends. I don't want to regret like I did in the past, more than a couple of times , it hurts to know something could happen but because of your own fault, nothing happened and someone else did it. I'll be glad for your support.
