totally agree, ending the conversation temporarily to switch to the phone number or real date is the best strategy. I usually use a sentence like "it's great to talk with you about this... but I am not a big fan of virtual conversations. Let's meet for a drink in the next days". Yesterday, with this strategy, I had 7 phone numbers scheduling datings with 7 different girls for the whole week. I am going for the perfect week ;-)
