express your desires before she can friend you, eye contact kino etc. From my experience, its very difficult to get out once your in. Move on to a different girl, not worth the energy to get out if you are say 1 year in being a friend.

Give it time. What helped me with depression was cognitive behavioral therapy. Purchase or download feeling good. Very powerful life changing book :)

Its not an example. It could of been her brother, a family relative or even a best friend. Don't judge something you don't know

You've built situational confidence as a result of your old job. I reccomend doing your best to build CORE confidence so you can feel unstoppable where ever you go. Core confidence comes from eliminating unrealistic beliefs and expectations. Try Cognitive behavioral therapy, feeling good by David D burns. As for your girlfriend, fuck her. Let her go and realize that the damage is done. Why would you even care about someone who did such an awful thing? Focus on yourself, and do this because this …

Try CBT. Write down your thoughts on a piece of paper, the unrealistic ones and replace them with a realistic thought. Also make sure to write any negative forms of thinking occuring. E.G: Unrealistic thought: I feel like I'm unable to achieve my goals with women as I get butterflies and feel overwhelmed when I see one that I find beautiful and want to approach Negative thinking pattern: Emotional reasoning Realistic thought: There's nothing wrong with being embarassed, nervous or feeling when I…

See a therapist. Or read a book called feeling good, it provides alot of insightful information that can help you :)

You aren't used to doing it. It gets easier over time just like anything else. Its also because you aren't in the moment and aren't enjoying yourself. A common mindset that helps me when I approach women is to think about only them, and that overthinking, being nervous and being shy is a selfish mindset. I make it about them, not me. Rather than thinking about how you feel about that person, think about how awesome you can make them feel.

There's a whole bunch of them, but here's a list of things that I feel we guys do when we want someone's approval of validation We give in order to recieve. Gifts should be given from a place of abundance, love, happiness not from a place of neediness. A gift is one that is given without wanting anything back. For example, if you pay for someone's meal, its not for sex, validation, a kiss or anything that you hope they'll give you, its because you wanted to. Compliments. When doing cold approach…

I honestly find that when i make an INSTANT DECISION to approach the women, rather than say wait a few seconds is better. Approach her the instant you see her and find her attractive. Waiting even 3 seconds makes you nervous.

Focus all your efforts on finding a job, take workshops on resume building, mock interviews and such. Look on youtube.

Work on yourself. Start doing things that make you feel good and proud, try a new musical instrument, work out, read. Do things that make you feel happy and fulfilled, find other things on the e-net. In your case with women, you need to be up front with your intentions tell them how you feel about them. Best of luck

I guess Manson's framework isn't the best when it comes to talking to groups, since his focus on the book seems to be creating strong 1 on 1 connections with a women. But you can still apply his methods, and achieve success in groups just that he dosen't really talk about how to approach women in groups mostly just solo.

Again, you first need to be honest with yourself and acknoledge the fact that you will mess up every now and then before achieving success. When you feel awkward/clumsy/nervous, remind yourself that these feelings make you feel alive. Symptoms of being nervous are EXTREMELY simialir to excitement. think about that.

Well first off congratulate yourself for making the step to wanting to prove yourself, it all starts with the belief that you want it first. :). Anyway back to business, feeling fear and being nervous/awkward when you start doing something after a long time or not having done it is COMPLETELY NORMAL. get that straight. Base your happiness off yourself, not off other people. Although life will sometimes get to you at times, always seek approval from within not from out. Write down the advantages/disadvantages of seeking approval from within rather than without if you want to see why its better.

That's true to an extent. We all have our own social location at birth. (ethnicity, race, physical characteristics, wealth etc). As we get older, more things get taken away from us and we have to work harder to get the thing we want. E.G: you lose family, friends, parents stop supporting you and you have to work to become a better man.

I find you attractive. Let's go on a date. Tell this to her when you meet her face to face. Show through your actions, not through words.
/r/seduction16/12/14 06:13 AM

Actions. Learn to read people's body language, words can often contradict what women may actually want. Women are socialized to go for certain things, they may sometimes accuse you of being a player while touching you and smiling at you with dilated pupils. Society and biology often conflict one another, we may desire one thing but society tells us its wrong.

I included it because the system of capitalism has really taken a toll on people's happiness. By capitalism, I mean corporations exploiting workers for the sole purpose of money. People have less control of their work, hours, as well as increased stress from more and more competition. Haven't you noticed the depression levels skyrocketing recently? Capitalism is one of the reasons for this, not to say that it isn't possible to find a career that you love and want to work, just for the majority t…

First off, guys who are called creepy are usually not straightforward with their intentions, and being called creepy is something we sometimes have no control over. I have a very mixed view on this article, I'll point out the valid and negative points I find about your article Valid - Women want to have sex with a guy who other find attractive (women want what other women want) - Women have sex with other guy who has something such as him being physically attractive, higher status, or maybe he has something that makes her feel good around him (behavior) - Attractive women are in demand as men feel attraction around them, just as men who behave attractively …

That quote. is very true. People will remember you for how you made them feel when you're gone or dead. Notice how people don't really talk about the job, hobbies a person does when they pass away, they talk about how they've impacted them personally. In my opinion, this quote basically says to keep a strong vibe and make every person you meet feel special. Because everyone wants to feel special, especially in a capitalist world.

That's fine if you didn't kiss her the first time around, She seemed to have a good time and so did you :). Cut that HB7 crap though, women are human beings not goddess that you put a pedestal on. Use a scale of either 1(dateable) or 0(not dateable) from now on, it'll do alot for your confidence. Go on another date, make sure to clarify its a date between two people. Focus on having fun, and kiss her next time when she least expects it :). All the best.

Well based on what you wrote, I'd like to give my two cents on this situation, you may not like what you hear from me but I believe being honest is more important than making a person happy. What you think is sensitive may actually be you being passive-aggressive. You're hiding your emotions from this girl and not telling her how you feel. You're not acting sensitive, you're behavior is that of a typical "nice guy". You're criticizing this guy and laughing at him, you're not being manly. What ca…

The Manual and Models are very similar and different with regards to the concepts, ideas and method they preach. Manual believes that a masculine man should NOT show vulnerability while Models believes the opposite. Both believe strongly in creating a physical connection with a women in order to attract them. I believe Manual is better for theory, while Models is much better for practical use. Both are a good read :)

Well first off, if you haven't ever touched a girl before or made physical contact( i mean the girl/girls you are seeing now), then start slowly by touching her arms and then work your way up. Small gestures such as high fives/hugs/touching her shoulder briefly after you make a point is first. Second, you start escalating more and more, by incorporating more intimate touches such as holding your arm around her and holding her hand. basically here is the list shoulder touch, hug, high five, pat o…

You don't need lines, they're a temporary solution to a permanent problem. The only long-term solution is to honestly be vulnerable and push interactions furthur even if you feel fear and anxiety. It won't magically go away, it seems as if you do have the foundation covered when it comes to attraction. Here is my advice to you, next time when you're on break or start approaching women in the day time. Start with asking them the time, and move on to asking them open ended questions, and than tell…

It seems like you're afraid of being vulnerable. Be honest with her, tell her you want to go on a date with her, not hang out. Friends hang out, people who have sexual relationships date.
/r/seduction06/12/14 09:09 PM

Find a few hobbies that you love to occupy your time so you aren't left thinking about these girls. It seems as if you make girls the centre of your world, find something else to center the world around as girls come and go.
/r/seduction06/12/14 07:29 PM

ask her on a date. Don't think too much of the kiss, if there's chemistry it will happen sometime during the date or the end, if not try again, if you try 2-3 dates and nothing. Call it quits.
/r/seduction30/11/14 02:29 AM

As long as you don't treat your sweaty hands as an issue, she won't either. If she does, tell her you're sorry and be honest about your problems. Honesty is the solution.

I do believe that you need to act confident in order to be confident. Fake it till you make it, the feeling will catch up and the your body language will change if you constantly correct it over time.
/r/seduction27/11/14 05:40 PM
2

I would take this time from your break up to do something you've always loved to do but haven't had the time for. Take up a new hobby, try a new instrument, work out if you havent. The best way to get over a break up is to spend time investing in yourself.
/r/seduction24/11/14 04:28 AM

Keep being the person the girl you love is attracted to. In my experience, opposite sex relationships are highly conditional, meaning once you lose the thing she was attracted to (money, fame, personality etc) you lose her for the most part. Enjoy, have fun and do your best :)
/r/seduction23/11/14 09:33 PM
3

Kissing on a first date is absolutely fine if the two of you are connecting with one another. In my experience they may be a bit shy or hesitant if they like you. If your looking for relationships I would avood sex on first dates as alot of girls feel used if theyre the relationship type
/r/seduction23/11/14 08:47 AM

Exatcly. This paragraph i wrote relates to everything in life including working out, hobbies and any form of relationship. Don't be friends with someone so you can be more popular, do it because you like who they are. Don't pick up a hobby to get a person to like you, do it for your own personal enjoyment. Same holds true for stuff like working out and school. Do what you love, and do it because it gives you personal fulfillment, not to get someone else to love you.
/r/seduction23/11/14 07:27 AM
61

The biggest difference is whatever you do these things to get something or whatever you do these things because you want to do them. A fake man opens a door to a women in order to get her to like him or get something from her such as affection/sex/love. A true man opens a door for a women because he wants to and its part of who he is. Same holds true for anything you do in life, do it because its part of who you are not to get something.
/r/seduction23/11/14 06:15 AM

She see's you as a friend, Best to just assume she has a boyfriend and be her friend. She probably had the idea that you thought of her as more than a friend when you got her number. If you want to push it furthur, feel free to but its not worth being with a girl who would cheat on her boyfriend with you.
/r/seduction20/11/14 08:12 PM

As Mark manson said, if you're constantly rejected there's a problem you have with your lifestyle, emotions, or communication. You're being dishonest and trying to either act like someone your not or just approaching women with the goal of sex. Approach women with the goal of getting to know who they are, and enjoying their presence. Just my two cents.
/r/seduction17/11/14 06:32 AM

You are confident. You are amazing, you can approach these women. Change your beliefs, and your behavior will follow.

A combination of theory and experience=confidence. Knowing something ahead of time will make you more certain that it'll go your way. Such as understanding the signals women give will help you when you go for the kiss :)

Looks are VERY important man. Women are willing to look over your bad stuff if you're attractive. Why make it harder for yourself? if you become good looking, women will give you more attention and will be more receptive to you.
/r/seduction03/11/14 10:53 PM

It seems like you've caught oneitis for this one girl. Honestly, you're defining who you are by the amount of women you sleep with which is really unhealthy and not worth it. I suggest you either tell the girl that you find her attractive and want to date her, or you cut all contact and search for other women who will make you happy. In University, it shouldn't be too difficult as theres prob women in your class, try to strike up a conversation about the teacher or something and move from there.…
/r/seduction02/11/14 05:50 PM

Look at them not as an HB10, HB7, or HB6 but rather as a human being that has insecurities, flaws, and most likely more anxiety than other women who aren't as attractive. Mark manson said something along the lines of these women being treated as sex toys by men, as men try to manipulate them into having sex. Be the different person here, try to connect with them genuinely and talk to them as if they were anybody else. Best of luck :)
/r/seduction02/11/14 05:44 PM

My breakthrough was my very first approach. I realized that I can walk up to a stranger and talk to them and get to know them. This moment was big for me, especially when I first got into seduction. The idea of being able to approach a women and think of her as a friend/lover who you didn't know is quite something. Very happy I stumbled upon seddit/models/pickup :). It has grown into quite something.
/r/seduction02/11/14 07:40 AM

The title itself is rather misleading, It takes effort and work to build a lifestyle, personality and be the person you want to be in order to attract women. The stuff is pretty much what you can get if you read the sidebar in this seddit. I prefer models personally, it goes over not only how to attract women but a guideline to developing yourself and fixing issues that can turn you into a better person.
/r/seduction02/11/14 07:38 AM

A friend is someone you have an emotional connection. A lover is someone you have a physical connection with. Start touching and using kino. A slight shoulder touch, strong hugs are examples of this

For the most part, girls have it easier in attracting guys if they're physically attractive. Just because she gets with guys, dosen't mean those guys are of quality or any good. Focus on yourself, this life is about you not her. I think you're focusing more on trying to "beat" her than on actually becoming the best person you can be. You aren't a "shy" guy my friend. You feel shy. Everybody feels shy because our brain sees approaching a women as a fear due to evolutionary purposes. You need to persist despite your anxiety, and you need to condition your brain to realize that approaching women is not only not dangerous, but fun! Start at the beginning, get used to being comfortable around women aka saying hi to them. You simply ask the girl with a simple statement such as "I really enjoyed talking to you the other day, lets grab a drink at X location". The connection you have with the girl is what gets her to meet you again for the 2nd time, not a amazing one liner. Next time, when you meet her just say that, it'll save you alot less time.

oh god, that was dreadful to read through. You ask way too many questions. Its so much easier to just use texting as a way of meeting someone in real life. Texting people in general is shallow, face to face conversation is just so much better.

First off, you are not REALLY SHY. You feel shy, but that dosen't necessarily mean that you are shy. A feeling is just that, a feeling. The only way through those painful things is to push through and do what must be done. Seperate the emotion from reality. Get rid of the "how can I make her like me attitude" and transform it into the mindset of whatever she's an interesting person to you. Be the buyer not the seller. If you wish to turn the conversation more sexual, give her a direct compliment…

Just a heads up, Girls sometimes give numbers even if they don't like you. This is because rejection is hella awkward, and guys might get violent when girls reject them. Focus on the girl, not the number
/r/seduction21/10/14 03:01 AM

If you have the mentality of freezing up, you'll constantly freeze up. Start slowly, I think you're putting too much pressure on yourself. Start small and build up. Generate a few minutes of small talk with the girl, touch her when you make a point. High five her when something cool happens, hug her and get her phone number after she leaves. If you feel everything's going good and she's into you alot, kiss her. Regret truly does hurt more then rejection.

You go out, you put your balls on the line and embrace rejection and talk to other women you find attractive. Honestly, the best thing to do is to just move on from that girl, and do your best to improve ourself and meet other women. Read models by mark manson

Don't let women be the only reason you're happy/sad. Some guys latch too hard onto one women, and what the women feels they feel. Basically, don't let women dictate your happiness.

Honestly ,this question is subjective. You can ask her whenever you want. You can go up to a women and say you found her beautiful and want to go on a date with her immmedatiely. 5-10 minutes of getting to know her and asking her out is ideal. For the girlfriend thing, ask her for a date. On the first date, build up to the kiss and go for it. go on a few more dates, and then make her your girlfriend. Or you can have sex with her right away on the first date, and make her your girlfriend

The only pointer I'm going to give you is that if you see a women you're attracted to approach her. Of course, avoid the obvious scenario's such as if she's with her boyfriend. You're right. As Mark Manson said, at the core behavior is what women use to distinguish high status and low status men. Looks, money, and popularity allow a person to more attract the women they want. Do everything you can to make yourself more beautiful on the outside. There is some concrete advice here and it does support mark manson's theory of women being attracted to men who are less invested in them then they are in themselves. BUT, I believe this guy has a misogynistic view of women and see's them only as objects to have sex with. Take what you can from this , but remember that making yourself vulnerable and enjoying women is the whole point of dating and seduction.
/r/seduction21/09/14 01:17 AM

You have some work to do on your mentality dbie22. People are what you expect them to be. As Mark manson quoted: "Its your job to find the good inside everyone you meet, its not their job to show it to you."

The best thing to do is to ask her out. You'll know where you stand with her immedatiely. The longer you wait, the higher a chance she has of not only friend zoning. Start up a conversation with her, and ask her out to lunch or for a date sometime in the future.
/r/seduction11/09/14 02:20 AM

Remove the "I dont want to mess it up" mentality, it will make you so worried about doing even the smallest of actions when you escalate. Good luck :)

I think for now focus on making friends only. Just practice being social in general. Now if you really like a girl and genuienly enjoy being around her, ask her out for a date later after class. Ask her if shes free for lunch or free to grab a drink after with you. Just make sure not to get overly attached to the first pretty girl you met. Honestly, being 22 and not having a girlfriend is really no big deal. There are 40 year olds that have never dated women, so you aren't at a bad spot. If you want a girlfriend, find a women you like and start using boyfriend type communication. Communicate with women on a deep level, be there for her when she needs it, gift giving, dates.

Acknowledge your problem, learn to find the root cause behind you comparing yourself to everyone. I used to have this problem, and it was fixed by me genuienly making an effort to improve my life
/r/seduction12/05/14 03:18 AM

Change your behavior and mannerisms. If you want a relationship ,you need to communicate your intentions to the women you like. Typically, relationship behavior is going on dates with each other, being there with one another, connecting on a deep level, gift giving... stuff like that.
/r/seduction12/05/14 03:17 AM

Man you are overthinking this. You have your lifestyle laid out for you quite well judging by what you wrote on your post. I think the real problem is communcation/anxiety. You need to approach women you find attractive ( Could be anywhere, bars w/e), and share your life with them. Sharing= vulnerability= true confidence. Go out and approach women and share your life with them. I'm 100% sure you'll attract at least one that you'll enjoy. :)

Leave the house. 2. Find a hobby. 3. Find venues close to you such as bars, single meet ups, or any other social gathering. 4. Connect with, and meet as many women as you'd like.
/r/seduction08/05/14 05:29 PM
2

its about being vulnerable. Maybe the women feel like you aren't a real person. They may feel you're fake or just not genuiene. Try opening up more, and talking about odd ball topics that people don't usually talk about such as your passion.
/r/seduction08/05/14 05:27 PM

Honestly the best way to get over this is to work on your three fundamentals. Lifestyle, courage and communication. Develop each of these as much as possible and try to invest in yourself as much as you can. Instead of comparing yourself to them, compare yourself to where you are. Thoughts create feelings/emotion, instead of overly comparing yourself to others. Just realize how amazing you truly are
/r/seduction06/05/14 03:53 PM

Think of a experience in your life that made you genuienly happy, and see how you smile. Now use that smile when you meet people :)

Instead of thinking how awkward it can go, think of the emotional connection you may possibly be able to create with a women. The only way to overcome one feeling is to create another stronger more positive one. Next time, before you approach her think about if that little sting of rejection is worth the possible connection/sex/make out that you may get.
/r/seduction05/05/14 01:04 AM

There is truth to that. But he's not polarizing, and thus these women who are neutral/receptive become unreceptive.

Flirting is basically showing any kind of sexual interest in another person. There are different ways we flirt. The way you dress is one way to flirt. By dressing nicely, being well-groomed and taking care of your physical appearence. The most common is teasing. Teasing basically means making fun of someone's insecurity in a playful way. Next time though, I want you to try to cold approach a women. Find something you like about her, and give her a sincere compliment. If you see a beautiful women…

You are friend zoned by these women. These are obvious friend zone signs. If you want to be their lover, you need to get yourself out of that zone. "I don't want to risk our work relationship." Attraction is controversial, it is polarizing as quoted by mark manson's models book. If you want to create attraction, you need to take RISKS! Next time they you chill with them, ask them to spend time with you, but make sure they know its a date. "Hey, i really enjoy spending time with you. Lets try a d…

(Tip 4 for confidence: if you get rejected, it’s probably because of your game. Fix what you did wrong, and get back out there) I disagree with tip 4, sometimes rejection is not even your fault even if you have really strong game. Sometimes women may be very picky about your physical appearence, or may be racist and not even give you a chance because you are say chinease or indian. So I say rejection is a good thing my friend, it helps weed out the bad people and let in the ones that make you ha…

Why are you approaching these girls? for validation? to prove something to yourself? These men are showing desire for these girls which attracts them. The next women you meet, just have fun with her. tease her, and try to get physical as fast/comfortably as possible. The #1 reason why men get friend zoned is because they aren't physical with women, a light shoulder tap when you meet her, than escalate from there would increase your success substantially.

Interesting indeed. There are alot of factors that come into play when it comes to female sexuality. Age is a big factor too. As older women tend to look for marriage while younger women just want to fucking have some fun. Very good read, thank you :)

I reccomend the book feeling good by David Burns. In your particular situaiton, you feel as bored and unhappy when you're alone. One of the suggestions from the book was to create a pleasure predicting sheet. Basically you need to get more involved in life! start planning more productive activities such as working out, reading a book, or learning a new instrument .Take a break from this girl as you two seem to not be happy with each other anymore.

Approach her in person. I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but its your best option. Do it right away when you see her as the longer the wait, the more excuses/anxiety you have. Simply go up to her and say hi, and follow it up with your name and talk about something going on in the uni. Best of luck to you bro :)

Try once more. Three strikes and she's out. Sometimes instead of women rejecting you, they give you their number and never talk to you again as rejection is quite a embarassing and icky situation for most girls. Reschedule once more, if she dosen't come. Move on.

My best advice to you on dealing with oneitis is to find a hobby. Find something you enjoy and have fun doing it. I'm not talking about working out or self-improvement hobby. A number don't really mean much, don't read too much into it. Alot of the times girls give numbers instead of rejecting you as they don't want to be seen as a bad person by their friends. There's a very high chance she'll flake as you haven't built a solid connection with her, you're just another guy to her. Next time, try a compliment and than go for the number. I wish you the best of luck tho!

You aren't building enough attraction, you also seem to take rejection as something heavy. Rejection is a learning experience, something to reflect on and improve. Never dwell on a rejection no matter how bad it is. Try to improve your body language, learn about fashion, get a cool hairstyle. I also think that women can see you want a response ( reaction-seeking), this is probably why they don't flirt back or friend zone you. I don't think they really care as long as they enjoy being around you. You shouldn't even be using formula's routines or techniques. Natural game is a better option nowadays. Inner game is becoming more popular in the PUA community.

Keep it light, fun. Banter with her. Don't talk about logical things such as work, school or anything. Start with off with hi, what are your interests, than create some banter.

Think of them as a friend first, stop thinking of every girl as a potential girlfriend or someone you have to have sex with. It'll take away alot of pressure.

The best way in my opinion to handle this is to date other women and have other options. You have the scarcity mindset which is horrible to have when it comes to women. If you show a women you have options and you are willing to walk away from her life at any time, they will most likely start chasing you and become more attracted to you.

Yes, read that immediately and use the techniques and information he gives you, it gives you both theroy + he tells you techniques to help you connect better with others through your eyes. I myself read the book and immediately saw improvements after a few weeks :P.

you are sending the wrong messages with your eyes. You're eyes should be warm, inviting, and geniune. People can sense when you force eye contact, make it happen naturally. If you don't understand this, look at some politicians such as bill clinton who have god level eye contact. I suggest you read eye contact by michael ellsburg. It'll teach you how to be a pro in eye contact in 2 weeks.

I suggest you force yourself to hang out with new different people, see each person as a learning experience. If you act as if you like someone, you actually start liking them. Look at any positive features they may have. E.G: nice style/hair

Check out vin dicarlo's esculation ladder, it gives it in stages. Basically the the higher stage you progress, the closer you are to moving to sex. E.G: The first stage is light touch that builds rapport such as a slight touch on the shoulder or a high-five. The second stage is touching her shoulders with yours. the third stage is a hug. The fourth is a make out. the fifth/six/seven are sex.

Nicely written :P, I think that technology has some benefits too. Online dating is one of the perks. Technology also allows you to communicate with girls when you meet them. I can't imagine how it would be for me if cell phones didnt exist :P

Make yourself vulnerable, drop your guard around people, laugh at yourself when you mess up. Don't be afraid to let your guard down in front of someone, they'll think more highly of you if you act real rather than fake

Btw, next time a girl says she has a boyfriend, crack a joke :P. My favorite joke is when she says she has a boyfriend I say "Has her ruined your opinion of all men", this will test the girls sense of humour. Its high risk/high reward, but if you pull it off correctly, your value will increase ands he will find you more attractive

We are both very attracted to each other, but she comes from a very religious family that's christian and doesn't allow her to hang out with guys outside of school.
