Comment on one of their pictures or their bio, if there's nothing good find / create an original opening line, and re-use it on different girls.

Be confident and don't care too much, there's tons of girls on tinder, striking out with one is MEANINGLESS find a different one.

Ask her questions and get her phone number within 15 messages, I aim for 15 messages and if she isn't interested enough to give out her number by then she's probably not going to go on a date with you anyway.

Once you get her number talk to her for a bit, just generally make conversation, she will most likely contribute and if she isn't she's not worth your time. Just remember that tinder is full of women who want validation / attention / don't want to meet up. Ask her to a date after an hour or two of texting (It's what I do and I've had quite a bit of success) keep chatting her up and keep her interested, the only problem with tinder is the women have dozens of men at their disposal, and aren't going to go on a date with a lesser one.

End the conversation before it gets boring. Lie if you have to, but make sure she is left wanting more. Schedule your date within 3 days, otherwise it's going to be hard to keep conversation interesting. Make sure you sexualize the conversation at some point before the date, this way closing will be more natural and she will feel more comfortable around you.

I've used tinder for awhile and that's my general routine, I've had plenty of dates and a couple hookups.
