Hey everyone.

I felt this was a good place to put this as a lot of people here are all about personal development and improving themselves.

2015 is coming to a close and I hope everyone had a good year. I had a pretty amazing one myself with some surreal highs and lows. That's life though, more to come next year.

A lot of people fall victim to the New Years Resolution curse where they start, maintain, lose focus and abandon their resolutions within two weeks. What I have noticed is that these people might take New Years day off as it's seen as a chill day to indulge in food, alcohol etc. even though they hope to eat healthy and drink less for the year. They're starting from a minus already, and it's 2016 already. This can f*ck with someone's mental and inevitably cause them to 'fall off the horse' really easily.

Solution? How about you start your New Years resolutions before the New Year? Why not start today, on the 30th of December? Or even the 31st of December.

Point being, if you start a new thing before you 'should', you'll be ahead of the pack, you'll be in the zone, you'll be motivated to properly start in 2016 with one or two days done of your NYR (New Years Resolution) and it'll set a good foundation for a committed year.

You want to read more in 2016? Buy a book today and start reading it today...then by Jan 1st you might have half of it read and you'll be in a good place mentally.

Want to approach more women? Do it today, approach women, set something up for the New Year before anyone else can.

What are you waiting for? "I'll relax these two days then I'll give it a go". Time waits for no man, this is your life and it's ending one second at a time. Do something about it now. The body and mind hates change, we love sticking to habits. Break through the seal in the end of 2015 so that in 2016 you're ahead of the pack and can really smash it out of the park

Peace,

Dilla.
