Havent had a girlfriend since i broke up with my ex when I moved across the country after college a couple years ago. Also had a couple of injuries and surgeries during this time which kept me out of the game but now i'm probably at my healthiest and really wanna get a nice girl.

I have been on many dates and had some chances to do it since then but the issue is i have pretty high standards for some reason lol so i just cant hookup with any mid women. And all my past relationships were through dating apps and college party hookups so i'm kinda clueless when it comes to irl game.

Any tips to help me out? For context, I'm 23, 6 ft, in decent shape (but not shredded) and moved to sf recently.
