Could you describe how are your interactions?

Tbh (if you are referring to a #-close) is just going for it. Like "hey, you seem funny, give me your number and let's hang out sometime" or (I love ice-cream) "Hey, you like ice cream? - Yeah - Ufff, lucky for me. Okay, then give me your number. Let's have an ice cream. (low voice here) Hope you don't like chewing gum ice cream. That's not for humans (they usually laughs here).

And important, AFTER you get the number, unless you are or she is in a rush, keep talking for a couple of minutes. Reinforce the connection.

Don't be so serious she isn't a business deal. If she finds you fun and interesting and you propose an idea, like number or fun movie she should say yes. If you get all stiff and odd....she would probably say no. Treat her like a guu
