I could really use some advice. Occasionally I'll get random adds on Facebook or follows on Instagram. This also rings true for Tinder. Anyways, sometimes they're attractive women so I'll say hi and get to know them. Conversation usually flows really well. I'm not completely clueless, I can tell if she's not feeling it. Anyways, by the end of the conversation I'll say something to the affect of telling them it was nice talking to them and to hit me up some time. Well, they never do.

So are they expecting me to start a conversation with them if I want to talk to them again? I'm starting to feel like women do this to make men prove that they actually want them but at the same time, I don't want to annoy them. I think that if I started the conversation the first time, if they want to talk again, they can message me. How do you guys approach this?
