Long story short: I asked this HB7 out on a lunch date (first time), she's asking if I want to study together after lunch (we're still in college).

I'm aware that doing that kind of reduces me to being a study-buddy who just happened to have lunch with a gorgeous girl, but given that I've already conveyed intent right from the start (you're sexy and interesting and all that jazz), I figured it may not do as much harm as I thought.
