I've been having this issue with women I sleep with where after a few times of hooking up, they automatically assume we are dating. Now if a girl hints around or just straight asks me what I'm looking for I never lie; I just tell them I don't have a lot of free time and I'm not looking for anything serious and it is what it is (and this seems to go fine, no problems).

It's the girls who don't say anything that seem to have issues. I've tried casually mentioning I'm a busy guy but they seem to ignore what I'm getting at and have caused a lot of drama/problems due to this mis-communication.

And what I mean by problems is that I live in a somewhat small town and word gets around quick! What is a good way to circumvent this issue? I don't know how to come right out and say I don't want a relationship right at the beginning.
