If I can give any tips to noobies. Kino, Eye Contact and Triangle Gazing. I guess I am fairly lucky and have always been a talker but could never escalate. Something that has been working amazingly well for me is when talking grab the girls wrist but only with your thumb, index and middle fingers. Place your thumb on the top side of her wrist and your two fingers on the inside of her wrist almost like your are taking her pulse (you can rest your other three fingers on the inside of her wrist as well). Do it in a manner where either your left hand is grabbing her left wrist or your right hand is grabbing her right wrist. Then sort of gently pull it towards you. hold for a few seconds or as long as you feel natural then let go.

Bonus points: Maintain eye contact the entire time, begin to triangle gaze!
