I was at a club probably about 2 months ago, I'd been talking to a great girl, and when she was leaving I asked for her number, she replied: "No, but I'll give you my name". I was kind of confused, and she asked for my phone. She added herself on my facebook and the next day she accepted the request.

This made me think a lot. Now when I'm out, I almost does not ask for a girls number, instead I'll add her on facebook (with her consent, getting her to add herself on my phone). I actually find this to work way better than getting her number.

Are anyone of you doing the same? I like this better, and as a bonus, if I were a bit drunk when meeting her, I can see how she looks before agreeing to a "blind" date :)
