I worked with a female coworker for 5 months before she went to a new sight in another state. We never flirted it was more friendly at the office. She has a bf and I’m hesitant to approach a coworker bc it could fuck up a job. We had group outings where I would suggest staying out later at a bar and she would always back me up and want to as well. She’s cute so when she wants to everyone else’s wants to obviously so we never had that 1 on 1 outside of work. Once she moved we started texting. Thoughtful conversation but again not flirty. Me and another coworker were planning to meet up with her on a vacation next week but he backed out so now it’ll just be me in her. She’s visiting her friends so it’s still not just us but she wants to get together and have me meet her friends and shit. I quit texting her for about a week but she then texted me and we started chatting again this week. This consistent dialogue has me thinking she may be interested but I’m also an optimist in that sense. Anyway how should I handle this upcoming trip that’s about a week long? Should I push the pace or wait for her to give a little hint? She has a long distance bf but from experience that don’t mean shit.
