Its normal. That's the issue most guys here have. You just have higher standards.
This is really just a scarcity issue. Since you rarely see a girl you're attracted to, when you do, you get so needy because you know it'll take a while to find the next one so go to a place where there is a concentration of girls that are really hot. Intern for a modeling agency, get into photography/film, or live in Russia. Haha

I'm essentially asking that cases when you see a girl and immediately feel attraction for her, is that your biology at work? I'm saying this because I've had cases where I wasn't attracted to the girl at first, and then over time became attracted to her later.

Good. That means you've experienced the full spectrum of attraction.
Its true that attraction can be instantaneous and its also true that attraction can develop over time. Both are legit and both are biological.
You play the game with only two main things: Attraction and Investment. Every other thing we talk about is just under the umbrella of either of those two.
The cool thing is, when one is present, the other will manifest. So when a girl is attracted to you she'll want to invest in you and when a girl invests in you she will develop attraction for you, the same is true for men.
Obviously you know how investment manifests when you're attracted to someone. When you really want to fuck a girl or when you really want to get into a romantic relationship with a girl, you're very willing to do things for her, buy things for her, and you think about her a lot, that's investment.
The way investment to attraction works needs a little more explanation. The easiest way to explain this to yourself is by thinking about everything you value. You'll find that one way or another you have invested in all those things and you see them as a little more special than everything else. Its kinda like how everyone thinks their school is the best or their team is the best, etc.
The timing of your question is great because I made a comment on a different post today explaining how investment makes you attracted to someone. I get a little more detailed there. Just ignore the contextual stuff.
Now the reason I answered OP's question here the way I did is because I don't believe in manipulating yourself into being attracted to someone. They either have to game you, the investment occurs by happenstance, or they're already attractive to you from the beginning.
OP can manipulate himself into being attracted to the girls he already gets by purposefully investing in them but in my opinion he'd limit himself by doing that because he may have the ability to actually get the kind of girls that he currently thinks he doesn't deserve.

It's not a bad thing. Its only bad when you purposely invest with the intention to make yourself attracted to a girl.
You can still invest just make sure she invests more.
That's what qualification is for.
Most of the time you have to do most of the work in the beginning but all that work is just to set her up so that she'll want to qualify herself to you. That's why you neg & demonstrate value at the start so she'll feel like she has something to prove to you. Once she starts, you want to keep that dynamic of her trying to impress you and chasing you throughout your relationship.
That's where the expression "flip the script" comes from.

Then how do I set her up and demonstrate high value without showing that I'm investing by picking her up? In where I live day game and picking girls up that you don't know is considered very weird. And almost every pickup line is cheesy as hell.

Bullshit. If someone who was a typical guy and didn't know game was secretly watching you pick up chicks anywhere on earth then maybe he'd tell you it's cheezy.
In practice though, when you're actually in front of a girl you've never met, whether its cheezy or not will be decided based on more factors than just what you say or what city you're in.
And like I said in my previous replies on this thread, you can invest in the first part and just turn it around by the second half of your first meeting.

I live in Russia, just came back from a daygame. (well, technically I went to work in a coffeeshop, but approached couple of girls during the work / on the way). Ratio or men to woman in malls her is very low,its true. But you still have to be able to communicate effectively. Also, I've lived in the US and I think part of daygame is easier there (specifically approaching part)
So yeah, grass is greener on the other side :)

Not talking about difficulty. I'm talking about the amount of beautiful girls.
Daygame may be easier for you in the US because girls are less challenging to talk to in general in the US but the ratio of ugly to attractive women in Russia is way lower than in the States.
So if you're looking for a lower concentration of beautiful women but easier daygame come to the US but if you're looking for a higher concentration of beautiful women but harder daygame then go to Russia.

Exactly! OP's problem is that he has a high demand for hot women because there is a low supply of them where he lives. If he moved to Russia that gets flipped upside down so he feels less demand for them given the high supply.
I even said it in my original comment, he has a scarcity issue. Ain't no scarcity where you live.
