Earlier this week i ran into a girl i kinda knew from the gym. We chatted about school for a bit and it went well so i asked is she wanted to go on a coffee date. She responded with that she doesn't see me that way.

In that situation I would suggest that you may have escalated things too fast. I would have gone for the phone number. From there you can text a little bit to build up rapport before inviting her out. In my experience girls tend to feel pressured if you spontaneously invite them for a date without comfort building first.
Just out of interest, how often did you speak to this girl beforehand? How often and for how long?

I spoke with here 5 or 6 times at the gym before hand and actually got her number so we could plan to meet up to climb. Im not much of a texter so that could have be an issue with me.

The reason I ask is that if you didn't make advances earlier in the conversation she may have determined you to be a friend figure. In future I would try and intimate early on that you have intentions beyond friendship. Also if you need help with textgame have you watched Todd V's videos on it? Helped me out.
There is a good chance that this girl was just not interested. We all have rejections.

Take several of them out with you at the same time. Treat them like your bros. When a cute girl goes by, tell your girlfriends how cute she is and ask them their opinion on what they think. Call that girl to you and get her opinion on something you and your girlfriends were discussing.
If a guy or guys approach your group, befriend them instead of seeing them as a challenge. Tease your girlfriends to give out their number and call them shy and poke or tickle them if they don't. See your life and your self as a person of abundance instead of a person of lack.
Take photos of yourself with your girlfriends and put them up on tinder and Facebook. Take photos with them lying on their lap reading a book, looking silly or looking bored. Challenge them to a kiss test and tease them and be the judge. Girls feel safer also when they're in a room with you and other girls and are therefore more playful and sexual. Practice mewing, gum chewing, and clenching your jaw during reps.
And if you're in Toronto just come out dude. My friends and I don't bite. We're in our mid to late 20s. We don't care if you're old, young, male, female, whatever. Talk to us and you'll realize we're all just like you.
