Some of you call this in-state, but I just like to refer to in the moment. I'm extroverted, but I often find myself too in my head. The first couple approaches of the day are always uncomfortable as they feel forced when because I'm not in the moment. And as a start approaching more and more I get better. By around the 3rd or 4th one I'm sufficiently present in the moment.

I was just wondering what your tips are for getting out of your head and staying in the moment. I've noticed that my best interactions with womens are the ones I don't even plan; ones I don't think about at all. Like if I'm in the moment and I'm in line to buy something I might blurt out a random thought like "I wonder how this tastes" and turn to the girl behind me.

Being in the moment for me means that I'm not thinking about what I'm doing; I'm just doing; I'm present; I'm in the moment. And this is when "seduction" is most effective. I'm sure you all have noticed it too.
