Absolutely. When I was at that breaking point I just took a breath, detoxed and figured out where I was fucking up before I'd try again.

When I was back in field I actually resented having to cold approach and something werid happened. I actually started to get a little better because girls yook my contempt and annoyance as confidence.

Prior to that when I cold approached I'd be trying so hard to win her over with technique. After tons of rejection I was just "meh, let's get this shit over with, you in or not bitch?". I stopped trying to win them over and paradoxically it drew them to me.

My vibe and body language had changed from a thristy guy going through his list of techniques to a guy who was unimpressed and could take it or leave it.

Meanwhile internally I was pissed, resentful and annoyed I was doing this in the first place. Later learned to "flip that switch" whenever I needed.

Do you bring some huge insecurity or need to prove something to your interactions with women? This is typically the reason for getting a lot of rejections. Perhaps you always felt insecure because you were nerdy or looked at as a loser, so you are hoping to prove what a man you are by approaching a girl? Perhaps you feel worthless and are going that if you get approval from a girl it will prove that you are not that bad?

Any of these convey neediness and will kill your chances.

Yeah I did I went though a phase where I hated all women who weren’t related to me aka the “nice guys” phase where I thought I was the “nice guy” and they were all bitches, after having a pity party for a while I finally sat down and was told by my SIL that I can sit and sulk and be a douchebag for the foreseeable future or actually work on myself to be a better person for me. I decided to work on myself it hasn’t been an easy road but it has been worth it I’ve opened up my mind and saw where I was less then stellar and just cringe worthy at some points and it disgusted me, I’ve actually grown as a person instead of just thinking about sex and getting into a chicks pants I’ve slowed down and worked on myself not for the non existent gf someday but for me here and now. I’ve started getting better at self care, I’ve started looking further into my hobbies and planning on going back to school. So I would say work on yourself for yourself and make yourself happy for you here and now.

heres a story. i once approached a girl gang of 3 which had a really hot one one avg and one okaish. i went for the avg and it didnt work out that good but i presented myself pretty good. the next day same place i went for the okayish, didnt go as i thought. third day i went it for the hot one, she chucked her gang we went for coffee got her number dated her for a while. sonetimes rejections are good

What you do is stop going after women and focus the fuck on yourself. Go lift, invest in some clothing, get a good lifestyle, start building your social circle. Do all this and the girls automatically come.

You learn to deal with it. It’s only like 20% of men that women actually find attractive, and the most important factors are the ones you can’t control anyway, so really it has nothing to do with you, and despite what society will tell you it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
