She was saying that she wanted to do something i don't remember and I was talking to her about it and I told her when you do it tell me and tell me what happened she could have done it and not send anything to me but when she didn't she came and told me without me opening the conversation again or even starting to talk

I talked to her she replied but now she left my messages not seen for 4 hours idk i think this is because she doesn't know how to reply to what i said?
I noticed when i am talking to her that she doesn't know what to do or how to reply as if she is nervous?
She takes a lot of time writing then deleting what she wrote then writing another thing before replying
I think she didn't see my messages because she doesn't want to be in this situation? (I think like that because I was doing the same things she was doing before)
Idk what to do idk if that made sense for you
