About ten years ago ago, I read the book "The Game", which tells the autobiographical story of "Style" a PUA and his mentor "Mystery". Unfortunately, I've since misplaced my copy.

I recall that there was a character in the story called "Sweater", so named because when Mystery and Style met him, he was wearing an ugly sweater. The story was that Sweater wanted to find a wife and he employed Mystery's methods to make a lady fall in love with him.

He is a minor character, living half a world away in Australia, but at the end of the story, we hear that Sweater is married and his wife is pregnant, only now he is completely miserable because she treats him badly.

My interpretation of the story is that in following Mystery's method, Sweater essentially pretended to be someone he wasn't to make the girl love him. Then, when they married, he become his old self again, and his then-wife lost all attraction and respect for him because he wasn't the man she believed she was marrying.

I would like to know: Does anyone here know what happened to Sweater? What happened to Sweater and his wife and child after the end of "The Game"?
