This subreddit has helped me miles with some aspects of girls, but I think it's important to remember that if you're looking for a girlfriend, you eventually have to turn off the 'game' and be a genuine human being again.
I used to be a super awkward guy, and terrible with girls. I was so dumb I didn't even know the importance of being physical with them. I had a girlfriend that I was super comfortable with, and once we broke up, I was left alone in college knowing shit fucking all.
I realized I needed to get my shit together if I wanted another girlfriend, and started focusing on getting in shape, and making money through an online business. Then I stumbled along this subreddit. Holy fucking shit. My world changed. Escalations ladders, shit tests, why did I not know about this stuff before? This subreddit is a gold mine, and has helped me with girls more than anything else. I truly feel like in the last year I have changed from a boy to a man, and this subreddit has been a huge help.
Now this subreddit has helped me hookup with girls, but I'm more interesting in having girlfriends. I thought if this advice works with fucking girls, it should work with dating them, right? Sort of. I recently met a chick and we've gone on 3 dates. I met her at the bar, and from the approach to getting her number to the first two dates, a lot of the things I did to establish an attraction was learned from here. The third one was also heavily influenced.
I put pressure on myself to have sex on the third date and this is where I went wrong. Everything was going really well, until I tried to get her to come back to my place. Whether it be my lack of ability, or her simply not being down yet, she didnt want to. I basically said 'well I'm going back to my place so you do you,' and started leaving without her. She followed, and eventually, she said why are you being an asshole all of the sudden.
A lot of talking later, and wow I'm actually opening up to this girl and telling her my feelings. Basically just said im trying too hard to impress you, have feelings for you, and that im not into hooking up with girls. At this point she basically throws herself at me, which is the first time shes ever made a direct move towards me. We didn't have sex, but to me, we did something more important which is establish some real communication and a deeper connection. It was the first genuine conversation we had, and I learned a lot more about her.
So again - This subreddit has helped me miles with some aspects of girls, but I think it's important to remember that if you're looking for a girlfriend, you eventually have to turn off the 'game' and be a genuine human being again.
btw, I am 6/10 drunk right now, so I apologize if things seem unclearn
