To keep things short, me and this girl have had a complicated friendship teeming with attraction and interest in each other. First time meeting her she gave me her number and since then its been a frustrating back and forth game. She initially had a bf (That I found out from someone else) and after discovering that I distanced myself somewhat as I felt I was being too invasive with nothing returned, light flirting from her here and there but any prospect to hangout outside of work was always dashed

Now recently her and another friend helped me get hired at our new job, and it's like a switch went off in her head. Suddenly started wanting to hug me more, sometimes hold my hand like leading me somewhere, once called me to ask to smoke during work, and just in convo I see in her eyes how interested she is now. Jokingly told her a kiss on the cheek was needed to give her 2-3 blunt packs and while it was a quick peck she grabbed my chin before pulling herself in

I've obviously loved the reciprocation but have been careful to not be all in her space and let her breathe. I'm just curious though, what does this all mean? Why the sudden change? And how do I avoid fucking it up?
