What did I do wrong ?
You blew off your friends for a phone chat with her. That doesn't sound like a man you'd be attracted to.
What should I do now ?
Ignore her ("Next Her"). Delete her number and snapchat and Go chat up other chicks.

Yeah, I knew that I may fucked up after the call but I didn't think that it would be a big deal :/ Do you think I totally fcked this up ? Or is it still a chance ? (I planned on stop talking to her and see if she will try to talk to me again)

If shes gone quiet then it's dead for the moment. If she gets back in touch then you need to take it easy and back off a little.
But from now on- she initiates everything. Don't chase her at all.

Cause you seem super fucking needy/clingy. The girl is probably thinking "he just blew off his friends to talk to me dam he is getting attached and I hardly even know him"dude you are coming on way to strong. The only thing you can do now is wait for HER to contact you or you will probably never speak to her again if you continue messaging her lol OR she might actually be busy but I highly doubt it ;)
