Start by googling a lair for your city, like "Orlando Lair". That'll get you some like minded people to wing with.

Or just go out and enjoy yourself and approach women and try to make friends . :^)

Be optimistic. You're in a temporary location so you'll probably never see these people again, and you don't know anybody that could judge you. Go hard.

Do things that are fun. Solo bar game can be tough. Join a social sports league. Do karaoke. Etc. you will build your social circle and meet girls at the same time.
