No, never! Sex comes natural when you are flirting, touching each other, kissing, and leading by making moves, not by talking about what move you want to make next.

Never ask for sex to a girl, just make moves, you touch, you kiss, you take off her clothes, you insert your thing into her thing, but you never ever should verbally express “hey can you give me the sex” that’s just not smooth at all… It’s lame and will just kill the sexual tension if there was any and cause you to be rejected.

Depends on where in the interaction you are. Are you about 2 seconds away from sticking your penis inde her after making out naked on the bed? Well then you can ask her if she wants to have sex. If you're just talking in a café or something then no, it's not the place nor the time.

Or ask if she has a boyfriend or not (she most likely didn't have one).

Did you clarify that it is a date? If she agreed to a date and you specifically used the word "date", then you can assume she is single and you don't have to ask about a potential boyfriend. If you didn't specify that it was a date, then you can ask.
