Here's my scenario:

I'm in professional school with a small class (150 people) who I will be seeing most days for the next 4 years. There is a girl who has seriously blown my mind in every way imaginable - I'm quite attracted to her. But there are some problems: 1) she is in a long distance relationship with someone who's overseas 2) she is incredibly friendly/flirty with another guy in our class and they do practically everything together, and 3) she is naturally friendly with a lot of men (potentially me).

I talk to her a lot (am fairly flirty), have hung out one on one several times, and she has increasingly wanted to do stuff together. The more time I spend though, the more I tend to develop feelings for her which I'm having a hard time controlling. Now I'm all sorts of confused because of 1 and 2 above. Especially 1.

The way I see it, I'm in last place here due to her overseas bf and the other guy in our class. So what do I do? Run to the hills? Don't shit where I eat and look elsewhere? Is this oneitis and I need to move on/up my numbers? I should mention it's very hard to meet other women right now since I'm so swamped in medical school. My game has all but stopped since I started because my weeks are so long.

Idk why I posted this really. I guess I'm just trying to confirm if this is hopeless and if I should move on to someone who is actually available or see if there is something to work with here. Any advice is appreciated.
