One of the most popular beliefs in the pickup community is that you don't want to be "The Nice Guy". Let me express my opinion on that topic.

My opinion based on personal experience is that being nice (in the literal meaning of this word) isn't bad at all. However:

  1. You won't get a girl just by being nice alone. This 'niceness' can't be your only/main advantage. You also have to be interesting in some way. Being nice is not enough.

  2. There's nothing wrong with treating women with respect, AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT YOURSELF AS WELL. It's obvious that being submissive pussy won't lead you to getting laid. But being nice doesn't determine acting like a loser. On the other hand, having respect to oneself, being assertive (NOT aggressive and disrespecting) and the abillity to express disagreement don't exclude being nice

I haven't got any woman by acting like a cynical asshole douchebag. Yes, I tried. I really did. But then I've grown out of it. I started to succeed when I began to treat them as equal human beings. Not better than me, neither worse.

Sorry for my English if there are any mistakes. It's not my native language

Please feel free to add your own thoughts as well as express disagreement. But make them constructive.
