Hey gents.

Had this with a couple girls recently, so I'm wondering what you think. After meeting / chatting / finding out their interests etc. I often try to pick out a date that is in line with what they might mention they enjoy (theme park, bowling, theater, so on).

With the last 2 occasions on calling and asking them out, they would ask where we're going and I'd say it's a surprise. Both of them said they don't like surprises but still agreed to go.

My question: is saying "it's a surprise" a bad idea? Should I just just tell them where we're going?
