That's a good sign. And the stuff prior to this part is good as wellthus far, even if I didn't quote it.
However today I was about to ask her out, however my flirting went a bit wrong. A mix of a typo and poor sentance construction. It probs left her confused and she hasn't replied.
How did you handle the typo thus far? How you handle it will definitely have an impact. If you're all apologetic about it, she may or may not accept it, depending on her personality. However, tackling it with humor will help a lot.
Just to put you in context, I'm from Montreal, so there are a lot of french-speaking people there. "Girl" in french is "fille". At one point, my phone decided to autocorrect on me, and replace "fille" by "folle" (which essentially means "crazy" or "crazy chick"), with the context of the line being something like "a girl like you". So my autocorrect basically called her batshit crazy!
How did I recover from this? With light humor.
The typo itself shifted the conversation into a different direction because of how it was handled. It's much better than:
That's stuff you can do on the spot. If you missed that window of opportunity, just don't bring it up, and if she does, then you have a chance to turn it into something potentially funny. Humor is a great remedy for a lot of things, especially awkwardness.

wow this is great advice. I feel the chance has gone but in future this is fantastic advice and I cant wait to use it. Its been a day, so not sure.
I guess as you say, ignore it, dont bring it up and just pretend it never happened. However I will give it a while. In the morning she tagged the whole group in some facebook post, she im sure she is pretty cool with me.
In regard to signs, just a quick run through. Am I correct thinking she likes me. - her feet and body are pointed towards me (she never used to do this) - light teasing - Im pretty sure she doesnt do this to any other guy. - Sometimes she doesnt say hello to me, but as I talk to other people, in the group she will direct a light tease about me. - Ive never caught her looking at me, but when someone else says something (for instance a teacher, she looks to me first)
Also any advice on dinner dates? I feel like im grown up so this will be the next date I go on.
