I approach all the time. Even if just to say hello or ask for directions. It's not about approaching, it's about engaging. Stop reading too much into it. If she's unresponsive, move on.

I get your tank not always being full but you gotta push past your confidence not being there and jump man. Always know the worst thing that can happen is she walks away.

If you want to work on your confidence a little, work out more, stop listening to sappy music that pollutes the radio, and try to crack a smile. I used to pregame a lot before going out. I would listen to some really sexual or club music, practice delivering my canned openers, and find something funny and perverted to laugh at. I also would work out like an hour before. Doing all those things got my mind and mood right to have fun and be very sexual. I really never gave a damn about the results.

Its not as good as it used to be, but I used to also use phone dating apps to talk to women while in the field. Yeah, a lot of them were scams but some were girls I ended up hooking up with, and they would keep my mood right by sending me pics or dirty talk. Could help you. Point is most of it is mood. And even if you aren't in the mood put yourself there.

If you wanna approach then approach. Your game should not be dependent on her interest in you but your interest in her. During the day if I get signs that a girl wants to talk to me but I'm not into her, I aint talking to her. If its night time at a club and its good to talk to many people in that environment anyway then sure, I'll talk to her but I'm still gonna be the one who decides who I want to sleep with and my decision will not be influenced by the signs a girl shows me.

I get where you're coming from when you look for a smile though, you approach in response to her smile but sometimes you just don't get that so you have to create something else, you can either signal her from a distance (ex. wave) or you approach and look at how she responds and you respond to that accordingly.

Also, if you're talking about your confidence being an issue when you approach then you must be new to this. That's awesome, that means you haven't seen anything yet. If you keep going out and talking to girls eventually you will have a higher baseline of confidence and even if you're not feeling all too good you will still have enough in you to talk to a girl that you're attracted to.

I've never had a girl look at me or smile at me.

I must be really unfriendly looking.

I only get smiles from the elderly black woman on the ferry, trying to give me an exorcism, throwing rice around and clasping her hands together while talking incomprehensibly.

Maybe I should take that exorcism. No I'm not joking. I'm not sure if she really wants to exorcise me or not but she does that.

Anyway, just do it. Are you really going to wait for a girl to look up from her phone straight at you and smile? That's not reliable.

I asked a girl her age before anythibg else today cause she seemed young. She wanted rollies and when I saw her again I launched right in to asking her age. She knew exactly why. She was only 19.. I would have flirted with her but asking her out would have been a bad idea...maybe.

I should have chatted her up the monent she asked for rollies and asked her where she goes to school etc. .as in college. It could have been a good opportunity for practice. But I fucked up :(
