Hey guys, so my usual approach is to send a text to a women within the first 10 minutes after meeting her just to confirm that I have her number and then text her a day or two later to set up plans. However, after being ghosted recently by a few girls I was really attracted to I'm now wondering if I would have been better off waiting a day before sending the initial text in order to come off less needy.

Just looking for input on which approaches you guys have been successful with in terms of when to send the first text.
