I f-closed a girl last night - one I had done this with before. Nothing major, just texted her to see if she was down to meet up so I could lend her an album. She says she's going out drinking - calls me around 2am saying she's on her way over to visit. As I was having trouble sleeping as it is, I say fuck it and she comes over.

She's had a drink or two, and has a slight buzz going on. She comes over, we hang out, she's putting up some LMR, so I'm abouuuut to send her on her way, when she comes up really close to me - she's basically begging for it at this point, as I had frozen her out. She starts kissing me, yadayadayada, I'm up and out to my conference at 830 the next morning, we leave on good terms.

Except I emerge from my scholarly function to find this text:

"wow, so drunk [girl, referring in 3rd person to herself] doesn't really get the concept of booty calls"

So I'm a little mystified. I tell her to shoot me a text when she's off work. I'm prepared for her to bitch me out for booty calling her. Which a) I didn't really do - she asked if she could come over, I told her to feel free, and she did; b) even if I did booty call her, so what? We've had casual sex before, but in less of a bootycall fashion.

I'm worried that she is dealing with some sort of self-loathsome lack of self-confidence because she feels she's being used for sex - if she's gonna call me out on this, what do you suggest?

And the larger theme at work: what do you say when girls are calling you out on your unattachedness?
